A great place to start |

I purchase Sheet's program in 93' and once I got around to starting it I had acquired 22 rental properties within 4 months with no money down and as a full time student at the age of 27. After a while I got out of real estate and only just recently I got back into it for the money, freedom and fun. Within 6 months I acquired 34 properties mostly multi family with a total of $4,000 down with some of that paid with the deposits that were transferred to me at closing. All of this was learned with Sheet's program.

 Start Somewhere |

You have to start somewhere and I started with Sheets. I do not regret purchasing this course and felt it was educational for the beginner and also very motivating. Look, don't think that you will learn everything there is to learn from 1 single course. You must continue to read, research, and learn. Action is the only way. Get out there and do it. If you cannot afford the money to purchase this course you can't afford to invest in real estate. PERIOD. I bought this 3 years ago. And like I said .. I do not regret it. I have since flipped one house and made 30K and also have 2 rental properties that combined cashflow about $500 / mnth and have combined equity of over $60K.

there are several reports on-line warning consumers on the trustworthiness of this company and product. I ordered the product, saw the reports then called my credit card company who immediately advised me to close my account and open a new secure account.

PURCHASED THE PROGRAM AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS WERE APPROACHED ABOUT A HELP PROGRAM TO WORK ONCE A WEEK WITH US. THIS WAS A BIG WASTE OF TIME. DIDN'T COMPLETE DUE TO SHORT CLASS TIMES. COULD BE GOOD IN A HIGH VOLUME MARKET NOT GOOD FOR SMALL TOWNS.
