I would say not even one star; but as a FRAUD i would give him 6 out of 5 stars. Robert Allen is a fraud, a complete fraud! He's only getting rich out of scamming other people's money; people who pays some $4000 for a 3-day course at his seminars.

No amount of education will make you money. The only way to succeeed is to get out there and do it. Join a local real estate club and meet people who are actually successful at real estate investing. Learn how to evaluate property values and rental rates so you know what you are buying.

Robert Allen is the Pioneer of the No-Money-Down real estate strategies. Not only do the techniques in the book and courses work, they have a very developed and dedicated team of real estate investors available every step of the way to help answer questions, provide advice, and give encouragement. Since starting the program 12 months ago, I have purchased three homes and don't live in any of them. (someone else is paying the mortgages) WARNING!!! THIS IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK PROGRAM AND IT TAKES WORK AND PERSERVERANCE. You won't get rich quick, BUT you WILL GET RICH

I've read a couple of Robert G Allen books and liked what I read. Neither one gave enough info however for me to feel confident about trying real estate investing. My question: Does anyone know are any advanced seminars/books that don't cost thousands of dollars? I know the Robert Allen seminars are in the several thousand dollar range and I can't afford that right now.
