Don't listen to any of the idiots that have not completely understood the material of this course. Read the material more than once, and don't be lazy! After reading the material, you must have questions on the material; any questions on whatever seems to baffle you on this lifesaving course, feel free to call their hot line; Mon-Fri 888-499-7064 it was designed to answer your questions or assist you on anything relevant to the business. Now keep in mind that this is a money making company, like every other company that has set out one of its primary goals to make make money. They offer "let me do it for you kind of help" for a large coast originally designed for lazy people of course. Ultimately, you will succeed if you do what is expected of you.

 Proceed With Caution |

I purchased this system in order to write a review of it on my web site. From everything I learned so far, there are ways to make money as a note broker and you do not necessarily have to deal with ANN.
If you want to do this as a business, you could make money, but you have to really work at it and it must be your passion.
It will realistically require you sending out postcards and letters to potential note owners along with follow up phone calls to close the deal with them. This is how you FIND the notes. It will take a lot of work and a bit of luck and great communication skills and patience. You might get a deal your first day or it may take you months or never. It is a business and there are no guarantees.
Next you get to LIST the notes you have contracted with the note holders. You could do it with the ANN site or host them on your own site or find investors on your own.
If the investor likes it, you sell it, COLLECT your money upfront and hand over the note. Easy?

Don't give Russ Dalbey's organization your credit card information if there is any chance you might want a refund. His people will call you often and offer support and try to sell you more training, but will make it extremely difficult to return the course and obtain a refund. Instead they will continue to make unauthorized charges to your dredit card.

 Biggest rip-off I've ever come across! |

I bought the program because Russ says he gives step-by-step instructions on how to succeed, but the program is way to vague and confusing. He gives you pieces of information but nothing to help you succeed in the note business. They than tell you the only way to succeed is through their mentor program that will cost you a couple thousand dollars more! They are nothing but salesman trying to rip off people who want to try and make a better life for themselves. Keep your money and stay away from this program!

I am really considering ordering this program from Russ..its sounds promising but Is it a scar i don't know but i have seen the reviews that say its a scam but they also tell you about a website of there own that you can make money from..well, i don't know about you but i've read a lot of good reviews and so i'm willing to take to risk of his program, and let the "scammers who say this is a scam be left in the hole..let you all know how this is? good or bad!
Oh and can anyone tell me how long it takes for you to receive the check that you supposedly make?

I bought the Winning in the Cash Flow course as well as the protege program and nothing seems to work for me. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I found rip-off report and just decided to look up Russ Dalbey. There is not one good thing about the program and people on there have spent thousands of dollars trying to have success with the note business and can't. I want to earn at least what I put in to it. Does anyone who has had success with the course have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it!! Thanks!!!

Here is a link to a website that gives testimonies and the people actually tell what is involved in the actual program. And they all say it is a scam. I was thinking about trying this, but after reading this site, I'll pass. And I suggest you do the same.
